how to change Cipher Strength?

I need to change my Cipher Strength fro 56 to 128....any ideas?

Mark,

Best bet for that is to download and install Internet explorer Ver.6 and
then the Service Pack SP-1. That will provide the Item you desire. Go to
windows update to obtain this. IE6 with SP-1 is 128 bit encrypted.
