How to change /bin and /code in ASP.NET 2.0

Hi all!

Is it possible to rename the default /bin and /code in ASP.NET 2? Or
add directories which are not under them?

Yes, I hope to change the /code to /, and /bin to somewhere that is
not under the virtual root.
