How to change beginning time on calender day to 8am?

It would be more efficient to have the time on my calendar start at 8am. How
can I change that?
 
You can't eliminate any blocks of time on the day or work week views...the
only thing you can do is change the work day hours in Calendar Options so
that the work day hours are highlighted.
