How to change BackColour in Access

I am designing a data page in Access and I would like to change the
background colour. I don't know what the different colour codes are to change
it in the properties window. Where can I get a list of the default codes?
Can it be changed?

If you click on the ellipsis (...) to the right of the property, you'll get
a colour picker.
