How to change Author field

When you go into Publish for FP2003, the "Local Web Site" window shows a
field entitled "author". Does anyone know how to change the data in this
field?
This seems to be the same field that is called "Modified By" when you are in
the folders view.

It is your user ID when logged into a server based FP Site
or on a disc based web on you PC the name or credentials you logged into the PC with
