how to change a list of possitive numbers to negative

I often have a list of possitive numbers that I need to change to negative is
there a funtion to do this or do I have to do it all manually

Put -1 in a cell
Copy that cell
Select all the positives
Edit>Pastespecial, and select multiply
OK
Clear the -1
