How to change a chart in a shared workbook?

Hello
How to change a chart in a shared workbook? I will not be able to merge from
a copy of the workbook if I unshare the shared workbook.

You've met one of the drawbacks to shared workbooks. I don't think you
have a choice. If you want to change the chart, you must unshare the
workbook. I don't know whether resharing it will still do what you want.

I could change the chart in an unshared copy of the shared workbook but I
will not be able to merge the changes in the copy to the shared workbook
even if I unshare the last.
