How to change $15 to Fifteen Dollars?

Does anyone know how I might talk Access into tranlating a
currency field into a text field?

Example:

$10,250 to Ten Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Dollars

I know something similar can be done with dates (1/1/04 to
January 1, 2004) but not sure about currency.

Not at all!

Use the Format function to format dates.
