how to call desktop application from PDA ?

Hi guys,

Let me give u the overview of my project.

It is database application in which i am using SQL CE 2.0 as back-end
and marge replication for synchronization. There are two modules
1. PDA application
2. Web application

so,I want to run web module(IE) on desktop pc at the completion of
synchronization process.
