How to calculate profit in Access 97 query?

How to calculate profit in Access 97 query?
I have the "amount" field and "percentage" field.
Another field I want the "Output Amount".
But the result shows "Error".
Please help and advise.

We'll need much more information than that. Field names, table names, etc.
It would be a good idea to copy and paste the SQL.
