How to bypass the health check-up screen

Is there anything that can be set in the bootloader configuration file (or
probably other ways) to make the "health check-up screen" slipped away? I
don't want to scan harddisk, is it a critical procedure?

The registry entry at: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\BootExecute may have an entry for
'autocheck' which can be removed.
