How to block spam on a group mailing list?

We have a group mailing list setup for about 10 or 15 users and just the
mailing list gets sent spam containing stuff dealing with viagra and cialis.
I know you can create a rule to weed out these messages on a particular email
address but I'm not sure how to do it for a group mailing address so it does
it for everyone in the group list.
Outlook 2003. Everybody on the lists are internal to our organization. The
mailing list is setup on an Exchange Server. Any help would be appreciated.

because when i replied to someone elses response to my question it gave me a
funny message back about having to ask in the discussion group and not a
personal response and i know its not a chat room.....
