How to block email spam written in Asian characters

I used the existng filers in OUTLOOK'S spam filtering to block all Asian
character spam but it is utterly useless. Since that seems to be the majority
of the spam I am getting, how do I block it. It comes from addresses all over
the world, not just Asan addys.

You could block it by the encoding, e.g. GB2312 or whatever encodings
these messages most frequently are.

P.S. "From" addresses mean nothing; they are always forged.
