How To block e-mail messages

I have Windows XP and Outlook 2000. I want to block e-mail messages from
someone. How do I do this?

You can't but you can set a message rule to move the message to your Deleted
Items folder automatically. Otherwise logon to your webbased mailclient and
see if you can block them by a rule/blacklist.
