How to copy onto a CD all the emails and favorites.

To backup your Favourites simply burn the Favourites directory found in
C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Favourites
(where <username> is the name of the account you want the copy of). To
restore simply copy the Favourites directory back to it's original location
or copy the individual urls if you don't want to copy the entire directory
back again.
