Dear All,

Please advise me tips, freeware software or method to solve the following
problem:

Every day I have to type about 50 email same message with same id and same CC
Only some total amount figure changes

I want to know a method, where upon click the following can be filled
automatically:
Email ID
CC
Subject
Message

As all remain every time same, If the above will be done, then I can just
change the total figure and click on send.

It will help me to save more than hours evey day.

Thanking you all in advance.

Regards

G'day

Yes - there's a way to do this!

Type the email once and click the top right corner to close it. Say Yes to
save it.

There is now 1 of those emails in your Drafts folder.

Go to the Drafts Folder, select the email and is Ctrl C and Ctrl V to copy
and paste it back to the Drafts folder multiple times. You now have spare
copies you can open, edit and send.

Oh and if you have version 2007 - use Quickparts instead as that is what it
is for but it only exists in 2007.
