I am having trouble with excel. I have searched for hours but I couldn’t seem to find the right formula.

I attached an image of my excel worksheet.

Background:

  • Starting from Row Cells E3 to Z3 are filled up by my colleagues using their initials and date.
  • E2 to Z2 (these are the heading) have a conditional formatting. I don’t know if it matters but I figured I might as well mention it just in case.
What I want to happen:

  • On Column A3, I want it to automatically show ‘OK’ once all the cells in E3 to Z3 are filled up.
  • I want it to show blank if the said cells are not yet filled up.
  • I want this to happen from row 3 down to the end of the data. I know I just have to copy the formula but I am having a hard time creating the formula.
I tried several formulas I found on the internet but they give me the same results whether the row is completely filled up or not.

Thank you very much for the help.
