How to auto update references?

Table 3.2.1-1 is first table in 3.2.1. If auto para numbering renumbers
the para to 3.2.2 can word auto change the Table Title to 3.2.2-1 and all
references to it?
 
If you've used field numbering, yes, but it probably won't happen
automatically. You'll need to Ctrl+A, F9.
