How to arrange columns

I have following columns in a file I receive daily.
Name, City, State, Qty, RJS, Status, Overall.

However, these column locations are changed on which I have no control.
Is there a way by which I can again move all the columns to positions as shown above?

What kind of file do you get
How do you get it
