How to Archive Vista Windows Mail

Hi,

Does anyone know how I can archive off old Windows Mail folders (I use Vista
Home Premium) off to a external hard drive or even DVD. The export function
is no good becasue it copies your folder rather than cuts it.

I can't believe there is no archive facility! I would like to be able to
archive off old folders (ideally automatically, but manually will do) to a to
seperate location that I can easily seach if I ever need to. Rather like
Outlook!

Believe it. WM is a basic email/newsreader program. If you want advanced
features, you have to pay for them. If you have Outlook, use it. Versions
2003 & 2007 work fine on Vista, versions 2000 & 2002 will work with some
problems.
