How to animate a menu

I have a form that has a lot of fields on it. I tried to break it into tabs
but still the screen look busy. one of the reasons is that there is a menu
that the user uses and they need to have it accessable all the time. they do
not want to close the form go to main menu then go to another form. Is there
a way that I can make the menu collaps and expand based on the mouse hovering
over a control for example. sort of like the tool box in visual studio or sql
server interprise manager? does any one know if there is a databse sample
that did this?

DoCmd.MoveSize right, down, width, height

can move or size any control. Use the MouseMove event, to call it when over
a control. Use it in the MouseMove event of the Detail Section to move/size
