How to add spinner?

I try to add spinner but when I right Click spin button, then click Format
control.
I do not find the Control tab.

Am I missing somthing?
 
Try clicking Properties on the Developer tab or on the Control toolbar
instead. Is that what you're looking for?
 
I tried that.

I need to find:

Current Value:
Minimum Value:
Maximum Value:
Incramental change:
Cell Link:

To be able to use the spinner.
