How to add shortcut to custom program to Start?

After creating a custom application in VS.NET 03 it deploys to the Pocket PC
2002 properly and runs fine. How do you get a shortcut on the Start menu for
this application?

Or, if you're asking about an icon that the user would hit to start the
program, look at \windows\programs.
