Sounds like you're using Visual Studio.NET 2005

MSGraph is an ActiveX, and VS2005 within VB's flavor is managed code.

You can google using ActiveXs and VS2005 and find something on adding
ActiveXs within VS2005.

Ideally, you want a chart with a managed interface. Please see
