How to add intellisense descriptions in a class in VS 2005?

How can i add intellisense descriptions to my functions and classes in
visual studio 2005? ive searched this newsgroup and google but cant find
any information... everywhere it just says i need a separate xml file
(for vs2003) but it will work in VS 2005...

please shine some light on this subject...

Type three subsequent single quotation marks in front of the
method's/property's head. The IDE will automatically insert XML comments
which you can fill with the appropriate information.
