How to add color and change font size in signature

Is there a way to change the color of the signature in Windows Mail
(Vista)?

Also, how do I change the font size of the signature? My regular font
size for mail is 10pt, but the signature comes out at 12pt.

I use a program called FrontPageExpress (FPE), it is a free download.
have to search for it.
it has menus with special effects as well as color and font items.

extremely easy to use.
it is harder to set vista to use the html signature that it is to create one with FPE.
