Please be more precise. You cannot add rows to a cell. If you have a formula
that you want help with, please post the formula. If the question is clear
you will probably get a response!

add just to add to stephen's responce, formulas return values. they cannot
perform actions like copy, paste, add rows, delete row, other. I suspect that
you may be looking at some kind of code to perform this action assuming that
you don't want to do it manually.
