how to add add-ins in outlook express 5.0 or 6.0

5.0/6.0 as we can do in outlook 2002/2003 by clicking on tools others tab and
then add ins.please inform me as soon as possible.

Microsoft Office. This newsgroup specializes in Outlook which is part of
