Get rid of the HTML.

Outlook Express | Tools | Options | Send tab |
News Sending Format | Select: Plain Text

Also click on the Plain Text Settings button |
Check: Indent the original text with > | : when replying or forwarding

Indent the original text with XXX when replying or forwarding
[[Specifies whether to indent the original text of a reply or forwarded
message with a special character. You can select the character you want to
use.]]

Maybe that should have been...

Outlook Express | Tools | Options | Send tab |
UNCHECK: Reply to messages using the format in which they were sent

(either plain text or HTML). This setting overrides other text formatting

Hi,

The link is not exactly for my situation. I have a file powerdvd.exe. I
can make a shortcut and place it on the desktop. When I clicks it, it runs.
Is there an easy way to add it to All Programs. I can reinstall the
software to add it. But if I can add a shortcut on the screen, why can I
not add one to the All Programs menu without reinstall? Modify registry is
even more work than reinsallation.

There are several ways to add your shortcut to the Start Menu and you do not
need to go to the registry or re-install the application.

The Start Menu that you see is a combination of both of these folders:

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu
or %allusersprofile%\Start Menu
and
C:\Documents and Settings\YourNameHere\Start Menu
or %userprofile%\Start Menu

Shorcuts in %allusersprofile%\Start Menu appear for whoever is logged on to
the machine.

Shorcuts in %usersprofile%\Start Menu appear only for you.

Here are a couple of ways.

You can add your shortcut to either of these.

\Documents and Settings\Your Name Here\Start Menu\Programs
or
\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs

To open
\Documents and Settings\Your Name Here\Start Menu\Programs
Right click the Start button and click Explore.
Click on Programs in the left hand pane.
Size the Window so you can see your shortcut on the Desktop.
Left click and drag your shortcut into the right hand pane.

Or you can copy your shortcut and paste it into
\Documents and Settings\Your Name Here\Start Menu\Programs

To open
\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs
Right click the Start button and click Explore.
Click on Programs in the left hand pane.
Size the Window so you can see your shortcut on the Desktop.
Left click and drag your shortcut into the right hand pane.

Or you can copy your shortcut and paste it into
\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs

You can also create folders in
%allusersprofile%\Start Menu\Programs
or
%userprofile%\Start Menu\Programs

I do not know if I have confused you or not given enough information. Feel
free to ask more questions.

For fun...
Paste the following line into Start | Run, click OK and see what opens...
%allusersprofile%\Start Menu\Programs

Paste the following line into Start | Run, click OK and see what opens...
%userprofile%\Start Menu\Programs
