how to add a column of time values eg 72hours plus 34hours 52mins

In excel I am trying to sum a column of time values
eg
5hours 3mins
6hours 35mins
76hours 58mins
How can I do this in Excel, please help!
 
If the times are formatted as hh:mm ( or [hh]:mm if hours > 24), then use SUM
function with cell formatted as [hh]:mm.
