How to access old hard drive after installing a new one as master?

ItI installed a new 80 gig hard and loaded XP an all the updates. I moved the
old to slave and put jumpers in and the new one works great but how do I get
into all the old information I had on the old HD. I still have XP loaded on
the old HD. There are things I would like to have access to on the old. It
shows both drives in Disc Defrager. Thanks all for your help an have a safe

The data is directly accessible. Programs installed will
not run from the old hard drive. Any programs can be
reinstalled to the new drive so the booted OS registry can
run the programs.
