How to 3D Chart?

I want to show this date as point in 3D chart.
3 unit is axis of X,Y,Z.

(I can make more than 3 axis of chart?)

Excel charting does not have this capability. You need three value axes.
The Scatter chart gives you two value axes. The other chart types give you
one, with additional category or series axes (items evenly spaced on the
axis).
