how stop automatic background

I inadvertantly applied an automatic background for all of my emails. It
looks like a pattern of sorts. How do I stop it. I was helping someone
find where to add a signature, and I must have selected this by accident, so
I'm unable to retrace my steps.

Outlook 2003. Thanks for your suggestions.

It's stationery. Try Help | Stationery to find how to get rid of it.

Thanks.
It was set to "blank" instead of "none" and that is what put the background
in place and ... it even changed my font to yellow (that was strange).
Anyway, changing to "none" removed the background and set the font to what
it should be. All good now. Thanks again.
