How send HTML newsletter

I created a HTML newsletter. I want to PASTE the HTML into a new Outlook
mail message. (Rather than attaching the newsletter as a file.)

How can I do this?

I did an edit/copy in the HTML newsletter and an edit/paste into the mail
message but it's all screwed up (wrong bg color, images didn't size
correctly, etc...)
