How put 2 profiles on Outlook

I'm interested in connecting 2 PDAs to one computer. If I'm not mistaken, I
am to do this through the use of multiple profiles. How do I create
multiple profiles in Outlook? Are new .pst files created for each new
profile?

Normally yes, but you can also use the same PST file in both profiles.
