How order folders in "all mail folders"

In Outlook 2003, I would like to change the order of the mail folders in "all
mail folders" in the navigation pane. Can that be done? If so, how?

No you can't change the alphabetical order of the folders. You can add
folders with that in mind by naming your new folders/subfolders accordingly.
You cannot change the names of the system folders--Inbox, Deleted, etc.
