How open a file when shows problems with the content

When I try to open a docx, office says that there problems with the contents.
It looks like that expect the sign equal. My file was protected by password.
Do anybody know how to recover it?

Have you tried Open and Repair? Use the Open dialog box (Ctrl+O) to locate
the document. Select the document icon and click the arrow next to the Open
button; then choose the Open and Repair option.
