How much is in the Recycle Bin?

I am using Win XP Home on a new computer and my previous computer used
Win 95. On my old machine I could see the total size of the contents of
the Recycle Bin. I haven't figured out how to do that on my new
machine. Is there a way to know how much space is taken up by the
contents of the Recycle Bin? Thanks.

Do you have Status Bar checked under "View"

right the recycle bin then go <properties>, in <global tab>
there is a percentage of ur hard drive, that ur recycle

That answer provides nothing useful. The question is how much space is taken
up by the contents, not how much space has been allocated, and the answer
was provided by Rhonda.
