How may I place a draft meeting request in the Drafts folder?

How may I place a draft meeting request in the Drafts folder and have the
normal Calendar tabs? I used to be able to do this so I could just change
the date to see everyone's calendar. Cannot for the life of me remember how
I did this!

what happens when you save a meeting request instead of sending it?

Also, what version? Is there a Group schedule link on the Actions menu when
you are looking at the calendar?

I am using Outlook 2003, SP3. When I create the meeting and then hit the red
X, it gives me the message, "Do you want to save changes" and I select Yes.
It then gives me the message, "Message has not been sent. Do you want to
send it?". When I select No it saves the meeting to my regular calendar. It
does not appear in my Drafts. And yes, I see the regular calendar tabs.

I know for a FACT I can have a regular meeting in my Drafts folder because I
used to do it all the time on this version of Outlook (I have not upgraded).
I just cannot for the life of me remember how to do it! Hellllllp!
