How make FULLSCREEN in VBnet?

Hi,
how can I make the fullscreen method on VBNET ?
How can I put a form on top of the screen?
In evb I use the findwindow,showwindow and shfullscreen, but how can I make
in VBNET ??

As you might guess, this is a fairly common question (although VB.NET is a
wrinkle). Did you look for the answer in the newsgroup archives before
posting? Here's a link to do that:

I tried "full screen vb.net" and it seemed to work pretty well...
