How long does it take to get the product key send to my e-mail?

hi everyone!
I downloaded and payed microsoft office word 2007 yesterday and I am suppose
to get the product key send to my e-mail, but I have not received it yet.
does somebody know how long it takes or might there be a problem.....if
yes....what can I do?

You might want to check your bulk / junk mail folder for your product key.
Where did you purchased it?
