How is the XP License counted for this scenario?

Recently I was pitched about a product that can add multiple monitor and
keyboard sets to a single computer and turn them into sort of like server and
clients where software can be shared simultaneously. I found out this site
(http://www.stint.cn/solve07.asp) that has more info on the product, but I'm
not sure whether it's their official homepage.

Anyways, I couldn't locate any info regarding the legality of the use of the
product. Logically each "client" would need a separate license but I was
challenged with there is no additional "processor" involved. Does this
scenario fall under the section 1.4 of the EULA?

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Seeing as there is no English translation on the link you provided, either it
is questionable, or some kind of scam.
If you have a better link, please post it otherwise I can only suggest you
