How i can set up Outlook to see appointments for 6 months

My boss would like to have the possibility of seeing information in the
calendar of his employes over one six months period instead of the quatres
month by default
 
Have him change his Free/Busy information to 6 months.

Tools, Options, Calendar Options, Free/Busy Options
