How full is my Mailbox

On my PC at work (which is on a network with internal mail), I regularly get
messages that my Mailbox is full. Does this mean that my Inbox is full or
that my Personal Folder files are too large or something else?

And how do I find out the size of my personal folder files anyway?

You have not said what version of Outlook. Sounds like your work server
mailbox is keeping copies of all your mail. That's what's full. Check with
your IT dept and see if you can download everything and remove the copies
from your mailbox on the exchange server. Ask them if you can change the acct
settings in Outlook NOT to leave a copy on the server. They probably have
copies stored elsewhere, so this should be possible. To check the size of
your folders, right click on your folder in the folder list and look at
Properties, Folder Size.

Thank you very much for your helpful reply about my Mailbox, Mary.

As to the folder size, a right click and Properties (Ms Outlook 97) does not
give me the folder size - it gives me a four tab box (General, AutoArchive,
Administration, Forms) but none of them display my folder's size. Perhaps
this is because I'm using Outlook 97.
