How force total of calculated numbers to that of displayed digits.

On an invoice, tax and other percentages are used to calculate line total
which are displayed with 2 decimals. The column total includes all digits in
the calculations, therefore does not always agree with the sum of the
displayed numbers.
The value .034 is displayed as .03, however if two lines are .034, each will
display as .03 for a total of .06. However, the total will be display as
..07.

Go to the Tools menu, choose Options, then the Calculation tab.
There, check the "Precision as displayed" setting.
