How does one "turn a page" in an excel workbook?

Anyone know if there's a keyboard shortcut for "turning pages" in a workbook
in excel? I find it very time consuming and wasteful having to use my mouse
for this.

If you mean change worksheets, it's Ctrl-PgDn, Ctrl-PgUp.

Ctrl-pageup and ctrl-pagedown move from one worksheet to another.
