How does one copy subtotal rows?

One usually selects the rows he wishes to copy,
Then hits <F5>,
Then, in the "GoTo" window clicks on "Special",
Then, in the "GoToSpecial" window clicks on
"VisibleCellsOnly", then <OK>.

Now, right click in that selection and choose "Copy",
Then navigate and paste to "wherever".
 
One may even use the outlining symbols on the left hand side to hide the detail
rows first.
