How do you unhide multiple sheets at the same time?

You are all going to tell me this is really easy now aren't you?

None of us can remember this even though we've seen it done lots of
times!

Simon,

Though you can hide multiple sheets in one fell swoop, you can't unhide
multiple sheets - either one by one manually, or you write a macro.
