I know it is an easy question but I just cannot do it. I got the sum thing
going but I need to subtract too. Can you put a subtraction icon on the tool
bar like the sum icon?
Thanks,
Creek

Say if A3 is the cell you want to show the result of A1-A2.
Type =A1-A2 in cell A3

You could use the Sum icon if you enter your data appropriately.

A1 = 25
A2 = -20
Select A3, and click on the sigma icon, and hit <Enter>.

If you really want the subtraction icon (not needed) right click on the
toolbar>customize>insert>subtraction sign.

It all makes sense now,
Thanks,

It is not a one click action.
