Everytime i start my computer i get this FOUND NEW HARDWARE. HOW DO YOU DISABLE IT?

When this message appears, allow windows to 'find' a driver.
If you know what the device is, make sure it installs correctly: or
During the process there is a checkbox which appears in one of the dialogue boxes, this will 'prevent windows from attempting to install the device in the future'.
